Rogue 3, Vivi 1, Slayer 16 would get you 8d8 Sneak Attacks, Finesse Training for free, DEX mutagen, and 18 BAB, with tons of feats via Slayer Talents to get all the dual-wielding boosts. WebSlayer is the one class that has a reason to use Double Weapons. Get yourself Exotic Proficiency with a Temple Sword, focus on strength since you don't need Dex to qualify for TWF feats, and pick up Power Attack. Now you'll be hitting very hard, even when you aren't getting Sneak Attack.
