WebbFirst Direct staff are so knowledgable and they answer 1st time. On a very rare occasion you may have to wait but that is rare. If they don’t have the answers then they will transfer you. For simple banking, yeah, who gives a shit. Their app is nothing special, but simultaneously doesn't hide half the features on the website version of online banking like some mainstreams.
