WebJun 13, 2016 · Basically, someimes when i turn my head left or right, I get a momentary dizzy sensation, almost as if it is coming from the base of my neck/top of my spine. If I am sitting for an extended period of time, and then move, it is a little stronger. The sensation is very brief, less than a second, and usually goes away.
