Search through your drive for the game files and set the options to "High performance". Start the game. As they explain, the mod doesn't actually modify any of Elden Ring's game files, but ... WebGo to the NVidia control panel and force vsync ON for Elden Ring. Nvidia's vsync worked better for me than in-game.
