WebJul 20, 2024 · The only way I found the SD card to be recognized is to have the printer powered off, insert the MicroSD connector cable into the printer and the SD card into the adapter then turn the printer on. Then I can than access the files on the SD card. Now I'm not comfortable turning the printer on and off so much. Firmware is Marlin 1.0.1.

I was eventually able to find a PC (I have over a dozen) that could read it, and so I offloaded all the files that Creality put on it. I then re-formatted the card, put the files back, and then tried to use it.
